My background spans more than 12 years in business administration, operations, and people management, from supporting business processes to leading teams and managing a growing, multi-location business.
I’ve worked in both large corporate environments and independently owned businesses. Over the past seven years, I’ve found my passion in helping small businesses grow, building stronger teams, improving operations, and finding practical solutions that work with the resources available.
I started NB Business Consulting because I believe independent businesses deserve the same level of operational expertise as larger companies, without having to hire a full-time executive. I work directly with owners to solve problems, strengthen their teams, and build systems that make running a business easier.
